Vicki Grill
Office Manager
Vicki joined our team in 2003. As office manager, she oversees the daily operations of the office and clinic. Vicki’s expanded skill set makes her efficient in helping with all things Glass Orthodontics. She acts as a liaison with Dr. Glass and referring dentists.
She and her husband, Michael, are proud parents of their son, Mikie and their daughter, Lily. In her spare time, she enjoys football, camping, fishing and many other outdoor activities. Vicki also loves the Auburn Tigers, and is always ready to yell War Eagle!
Sheryl Beal
Treatment Coordinator
Since 2010, she’s helped our patients with appointments and works very hard to fit into busy schedules while keeping treatments on track.
When Sheryl is not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two sons, Cash and Cason. She loves being outdoors and pulling for “The Tide”.
Jessica Buxton
Patient Flow Coordinator
Jessica has assisted in our clinic since 2006 and is happy to talk with you about what to expect during treatment. As our patient flow coordinator, she assists in making sure the clinic stays on time for all patient appointments.
She received her dental assisting certification from Faulkner State Community College. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her three children, Lana, Carter and Archer.
Margie Navarro
Observation Coordinator
Margie came to us in 2010 with more than 20 years of experience in orthodontics. As the observation coordinator, she helps monitor your growth and development with Dr. Glass. Margie also assists in the clinic and will answer any questions you have regarding treatment.
She received her dental assisting certification from Louisiana State University Dental School. She and her husband, Troy, are proud parents to their wonderful daughters, Hannah and Nikki. Margie enjoys her family time.
Jaime Rux
Insurance Coordinator
Jaime joined the Glass Orthodontics team in March of 2020. She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing and Business, and is so excited to help grow our presence in the community!
In her spare time, Jaime loves spending time with her kids Adler, Walker, and Mary Mac. Her hobbies include playing guitar, exercising, and sailing.
Sabra Newman
Invisalign Coordinator
Sabra joined our team April 2019 with over 5 years of orthodontic experience. She assists the team with taking pictures, making retainers, and is in charge of all our record scans. She received her Dental Assisting Certification from the Gulf Coast Dental Assisting Program.
She enjoys spending her time with her son, Rhen. She enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, boating, and reading when she gets a free moment.
Lynleigh McFadden
Scheduling Coordinator
Lynleigh joined our team in July 2020 after moving from Fayetteville, Arkansas. She graduated from Eastern College of Health Vocations in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she learned the skills needed to keep all of our appointments running efficiently. Lynleigh will be the first team member to greet you when you call our office. As our scheduling coordinator, Lynleigh will help you fit your treatment into your busy schedule conveniently.
Outside of work, Lynleigh enjoys spending time with her dog, Bella and her nieces Delaney and Quinn.
Paige Moore
Clinical Assistant
Paige joined our team in 2017 and works with the clinic assistant team to help our patients through the treatment process. She can also take impressions and repair any damages made to retainers.
She received her dental assisting certification from Faulkner State Community College. Paige enjoys going to the beach and crafting.
Shannon Devers
Clinical Assistant
Shannon joined our team in 2015 with more than 20 years of dental experience. She works with the clinic assistant team to answer any question you have about the treatment process. Shannon received her dental assisting certification from Pensacola Junior College in 1994.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Phillip, and their two children, Bailey and Jacob and she loves the outdoors.
