Vicki Grill
Office Manager
Vicki joined our team in 2003. As office manager, she oversees the daily operations of the office and clinic. Vicki’s expanded skill set makes her efficient in helping with all things Glass Orthodontics. She acts as a liaison with Dr. Glass and referring dentists.
She and her husband, Michael, are proud parents of their son, Mikie and their daughter, Lily. In her spare time, she enjoys football, camping, fishing and many other outdoor activities. Vicki also loves the Auburn Tigers, and is always ready to yell War Eagle!
Jessica Jones
Patient Flow Coordinator
Jessica has assisted in our clinic since 2006 and is happy to talk with you about what to expect during treatment. As our patient flow coordinator, she assists in making sure the clinic stays on time for all patient appointments.
She received her dental assisting certification from Faulkner State Community College. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her three children, Lana, Carter and Archer.
Margie Navarro
Treatment Coordinator
Margie received her dental assisting certification from the Louisiana State University Dental School and brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry and orthodontics to our team. As our Treatment Coordinator, she helps guide patients through the orthodontic process—from the initial consultation to starting treatment. She explains treatment plans, reviews financial options, and ensures each patient feels comfortable and confident about their smile journey.
She and her husband, Troy, are proud parents of their wonderful daughters, Hannah and Nikki. In her spare time, Margie enjoys spending time with her family.
Paige Garner
Invisalign Coordinator
Paige joined our team in 2017. As our Invisalign Coordinator, she assists Dr. Glass with treatment planning and helps guide Invisalign cases from start to finish. Paige also works as a clinical assistant and manages our in-office lab.
She graduated from Faulkner State Community College’s Dental Assisting program in 2013. Outside of the office, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, Quin, and their son, Nate.
Shannon Devers
Clinical Assistant
Shannon joined our team in 2015 with more than 20 years of dental experience. She works with the clinic assistant team to answer any question you have about the treatment process. Shannon received her dental assisting certification from Pensacola Junior College in 1994.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Phillip, and their two children, Bailey and Jacob and she loves the outdoors.
Natalie Oberkirch
Insurance and Social Media Coordinator
Natalie joined the Glass Orthodontics team in 2021. As the Insurance and Social Media Coordinator, she helps manage insurance processes while also maintaining the practice’s online presence. With experience in the dental field since 2017, Natalie brings strong knowledge of patient care, insurance coordination, and communication to the team.
Born and raised in Montrose, Alabama, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband, Neil, and their son, Nate. Outside the office, their favorite days are spent at the beach or on the bay enjoying time on the water.
Suzanne Glass
Marketing Coordinator
Suzanne recently joined the team at Glass Orthodontics as our Marketing Coordinator. She earned her MBA from the University of North Florida in 2009 and holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Sales from Georgia Southern University. Suzanne works closely with Natalie and Kelsey to showcase the fun and energy of our office, and you’ll often see her around the practice snapping photos and creating content for our social media.
Outside of the office, Suzanne stays busy keeping up with her kids and their many activities—or trying to keep up with Dr. Glass! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, horseback riding, and spending time with friends and family.
Madison Allen
Clinical Assistant
Madison is a Certified Dental Assistant who earned her certification from Fortis College in 2019. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their smile journey and takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming experience in the office.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her daughter, Rhyan, cheering on Alabama football (Roll Tide!), and relaxing with a day of fishing.
Kelsey Kilborn
Observation Coordinator
Kelsey joined our team in 2025. She works as a Clinical Assistant and Observation Coordinator and is also part of our marketing team. Known for her friendly personality, Kelsey helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their smile journey and enjoys being part of a team that creates life-changing smiles every day.
She and her husband, Reid, are proud parents of their daughter, Ella Wren. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys being by the water, shopping, staying active in her church, and spending time with family.
Mary Claire Cockrell
New Patient Coordinator
Mary Claire joined our team in 2025 as our New Patient Coordinator. She is the friendly face you’ll see at your first appointment and the welcoming voice you hear over the phone.
Outside of the office, Mary Claire enjoys hunting and spending time on the water with her husband, Peason, and their Springer Spaniel, June. A lover of the outdoors and a good shopping trip, she enjoys balancing her time between the field and local shops.
Sloan
Clinical Assistant
Sloan joined Glass Orthodontics as an assistant in April of 2025. She has worked in the dental field for eight years, including four years in orthodontics. With experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics, she has been a wonderful addition to our team.
A Mobile native, Sloan enjoys listening to live music, spending time with friends and family, going to Orange Beach, and most of all, traveling.
